Big Brandz – Return & Exchange Policy

At Big Brandz, we take pride in the quality of our products and service. Every item comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we’ll make sure it’s resolved quickly and fairly.


Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange due to a defect or an incorrect item, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused and unworn.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.
  • The item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during return shipping.
  • Products that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear cannot be accepted.

Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or refund for the reasons listed above.

To begin the process, please email our team with your full name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.


Quality Control & Processing Time

Once we receive your email and supporting materials (photos, videos, and a short customer report), our Quality Control Team will review your case and respond within 3 business days.

If your claim is approved, you can choose one of the following options:

  • Receive a refund for the full amount paid.
  • Receive a replacement product identical to your original order.
  • Exchange for another item of similar value.

Refunds are processed within 3–30 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider’s policies.


Change of Mind or Wrong Size

If you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, we’re happy to help with an exchange. Please note that in these cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returns must be sent to one of our warehouses located in Europe or Asia, depending on where the product was originally shipped from.


Requirements for Refunds

Before sending any product back to us for a refund, please make sure to:

  • Take 5 clear photos from different angles showing the product details, tags, and packaging.
  • Return the product in its original packaging, with all tags, boxes, and accessories included.

Once received, your item will undergo a quality inspection. Refunds will only be issued if the product meets all return conditions.
